agile_id, web_address, start_mode
This function allows users to start an agile activity. An agile activity can be started if it is in any of the following status: "pause", "Draft", "draftonly" or "Starting".
Note: When starting an agile activity that has the "draftonly" status, the system first makes a copy of this draft and assign the next available ID to it. Then it starts this copy, leaving the status of the original one unchanged. Associated functions, such as PAUSE_AGILE and STOP_AGILE, should use this copy's ID.
* action: START_AGILE.
* agile_id: agile ID.
* web_address: the web address.
* start_mode: value is either "NORMAL_MODE" or "EXPRESS_MODE". Default is NORMAL_MODE. EXPRESS_MODE will set agile end_date to current_datetime + 5 days.
The response contains the following attribute:
* msg: a string indicating the agile has been started successfully.
