Mweb system offers "Search" function for its users' convenience to help them to quickly find the information they are looking for. This function is available in every section of Mweb where has a list of records, such as pages contain Contact List, Broadcast Draft List, Service Draft List and Agile Draft List. It searches the records within a specific section rather than through all the web pages.
There are TWO different search methods for users to choose:
Here, let's take searching Broadcast Drafts for example to give you a thorough introduction.
Step 1 - Access the "Search" panel:
Click the search icon at the right of the header to open "Search" panel.
Step 2 - Type in the key word:
Enter the Keywords (eg."teamchat",case-insensitive) in the text field and click on "Search Button" (shown in Figure 2). It will search on the titles of all Broadcast Drafts, and then returns all the eligible results.
All eligible Broadcast Drafts will be listed in the current page. Figure 3 shows that two results have been found from the above search. If nothing returns, it means no proper results are found.
Step 1 - Expand the "advance link":
Click on the "advance link" in "Search" panel.
Step 2 - Choose advanced search methods:
Option 1: Search by time
Modify "From Date" and "To Date" fields to search records by their created or last modified dates during a certain period of time.
Option 2: Search by location
Modify in "Return Range" field to narrow the searching in records' list. To realize this function, you need to enter TWO numbers separated by a comma in this field. The first number specifies the index of start record of the searching range (shown in Figure 5). The second one then specifies the number of records in this range .
Note: The index of the records starts from zero. For instance, Figure 5 shows that the return range is '0,1', which means it'll return only the first record in the draft list.
