Sign up

To complete the sign-up process, you need to have access to your email and mobile phone.

To sign up for a new Mweb account:

  1. Go to http://app02.yvntech.com/Mweb/login.jsp.
  2. Click the Create an account link (under the Sign in button).
  3. Fill out the form on the 'Sign up Mweb' page. Make sure you enter the correct mobile number and email address which are required to complete the sign-up process.
  4. Click Sign Up.
  5. Mweb will send a confirmation email to the address you entered on sign up, click the link in that email to confirm your email address.
  6. Mweb will send a text message with a verification code to your mobile number. Enter the verification code.

Once your registration is successfully completed, you can start using the great features of Mweb.

Note: If you don't receive the confirmation email within a few minutes, check your email's spam and junk filters.

Sign in or out

To sign in to Mweb:

  1. Go to http://app02.yvntech.com/Mweb/login.jsp.
  2. Enter your account name which is the email address you used for sign-up.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Sign in.

Note: Checking the box next to Stay signed in will automatically log you in each time you visit Mweb. When you check the box and log in, Mweb sets a cookie to remember you when you return to the site from the same computer. This makes for easier access to Mweb, but if you visit Mweb from a computer that other people have access to, automatically logging in may not be the best option.

To sign out of Mweb:

  1. Open the home panel by clicking the home icon in the left of the header.
  2. Click Logout at the bottom of this panel.

Note: If you sign out of your account, the 'Stay signed in' function will be turned off. When you return to the site, you need to sign in to access your account. When using public computers like in a library or cybercafe, remember that you may still be signed in to Mweb even after you close the browser. So when using a public computer, be sure to sign out.

Forgot password

To complete the forgot password process, you need to have access to your email.

If you're logged out of your account and you can't remember your password, you can request a new password by clicking the Can't access your account? link on the Mweb sign-in page. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password. Once your password is reset successfully, we'll send you a text message informing you of this change.

Note: If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your email's spam and junk filters.

Recharge

To top up your balance:

  1. Open the home panel by clicking the home icon in the left of the header.
  2. Select Credit, and you'll be taken to the page which shows your credit details, including balance and credit limit.
  3. Click Recharge on the left of the footer.
  4. Confirm your account name for recharge and click Continue.
  5. Enter the quantity of the credits you want to purchase, and then click Buy Now.
  6. Once you're taken to the PayPal page, you can make your payment.

Check credit usage

You can check out your credit daily usage and monthly usage.

To find out your credit usage:

  1. Open the home panel by clicking the home icon on the left of the header.
  2. Select Credit, and you'll be taken to the page which shows your credit information.
  3. Click the Daily Usage tab, and you'll see the statistics of credit usage on a daily basis, including the total cost on a day and the count of messages/emails/calls sent.
  4. You can also find out your monthly credit usage by switching to the Monthly Usage tab on this page.
